SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to deliver your items within 3-5 working days.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail or courier service. Large and fragile items will be sent using a non-conveyable service.
You are welcome to collect your order from our Berkhamsted shop by selecting the 'Click & Collect' option when checking out.
We will pack up your order and send you an email when it's ready to collect, we aim to do this within 24 hours.Large items can be collected from us or nationwide delivery can be arranged. We recommend contacting us prior to ordering larger items so we can discuss your requirements and accurately quote delivery costs.
​Free standard shipping is available to mainland UK on orders over £50 (this excludes orders containing items of furniture, lighting and large or fragile items which require a special delivery service).

We only use bio-degradable, re-used or recyclable packaging.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are sure you'll love you order but if you any reason you decide to return any items, simply post the goods back to us within 28 days, in an unused and resellable condition, and we will refund the purchase price.​
