We aim to get your order to you within 3 to 5 working days.

Your items will be shipped using Royal Mail or a courier service, for larger or more delicate items, we use a specialist courier to ensure they arrive safely.

If you'd prefer to pick up your order, select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout to collect it from our Berkhamsted shop. We'll pack your order and email you within 24 hours when it's ready for collection.

 

For larger items, you can either collect them from us or arrange for nationwide delivery. We recommend getting in touch with us before ordering large items so we can discuss your needs and provide an accurate delivery quote.

Enjoy free standard shipping across mainland UK on orders over £50, this does not include orders containing furniture, lighting, or large and fragile items that require special delivery.
